A guide to HX’s loyalty programme, HX Explorers

Did you know that you can be rewarded for your loyalty if you sail with the same cruise line time and time again?

Many of our cruise line partners offer reward programmes based on the number of nights sailed, like HX, which has HX Explorers. 

In this guide, we’ll explain how HX Explorers works and provide details on the two different tiers. 

HX Explorers is the new dedicated loyalty programme for HX. You can take advantage of your Level 1 membership from the moment you receive your HX Explorers membership number. You’ll reach Level 2 tier status after three or more consecutive nights onboard. If you already meet this criterion when you sign up, you’ll start your membership at Level 2. 

HX Explorers has two tiers. From exclusive discounts on shore excursions to incredible savings on future HX expeditions, the more you sail with HX, the more benefits you’ll receive. 

The two tiers at a glance: 

• Level 1: Activated upon sign-up 
• Level 2: 3 cruise days 

You will achieve Level 1 upon membership sign-up.

• 5% discount on excursions 
• A welcome gift in your cabin
• A welcome cocktail on the day of embarkation 
• A dedicated Loyalty and Future Cruise Sales Manager onboard 
• 10% discount in Longyear 78 shop and in selected restaurants in Longyearbyen 
• 10% discount on Helly Hansen’s online shop 
• 10% savings on all Bracenet products online 
• 10% discount on all CEWE photo products online 
• 10% savings on all Waterhaul products online 
• Save 80% off a Wanderlust digital subscription and 66% off a print subscription 
• Save up to 20% on Priority Pass membership 
• 10% discount on all Ocean Bottle products online 

You have completed three or more consecutive nights onboard.
