How the Latitudes Reward Programme Works
Norwegian Cruise Line’s loyalty programme rewards guests based on the number of nights spent on board. Once you have completed your first voyage with NCL, you will automatically be enrolled in the Latitudes Rewards Programme and will begin earning points for each night sailed. One point is awarded per night spent on board, with an additional point earned per night when booking a suite or accommodation in The Haven. As points accumulate, members progress through the programme’s tiers, unlocking a wider range of benefits at each level.

Frequently Asked Questions about Latitudes Rewards Programme
How can I check which tier I am?
Simply register and log in to your My NCL account to see your Latitudes Rewards number, points balance, tier level, and cruise history.
When will my points be awarded?
Latitudes Rewards points are applied to your account after you return from your cruise. NCL advises that points will be awarded to an account within 48 hours of completing a sailing.
How do I receive the onboard discounts?
You’ll need to present your keycard to receive applicable discounts onboard: at the gift shop upon check out, at the Shore Excursion desk, at the Photo Gallery, at the Spa, in the Internet Café for your internet discount with the purchase of an Internet package, or at the Art Auction to receive your free artwork.
What are member cruises?
Member cruises are dedicated sailings in which all Latitudes members will be invited to make a reservation for this special sailing. These cruises will include a curated experience for all Latitudes Rewards members to enjoy, including exclusive events and commemorative gifts. Member cruises will happen once per year and will be announced at least 6 months before the sail date.
