Our favourite spaces onboard Seven Seas Splendor, one of Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ newer ships
Published on 12 Jul 2023
Last month, six lucky members of the ROL Cruise team got to spend the day aboard Seven Seas Splendor, one of Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ newer ships. Docked in Southampton for the day, the team were given exclusive access to Seven Seas Splendor’s suites, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and wellness areas. Here, they describe their favourite spaces onboard:
“My favourite space on Seven Seas Splendor was the Infinity Pool at the aft of Deck 5. It was so relaxing and peaceful, especially looking out at the ocean which felt like it went on forever. I wish I could have stayed onboard!”
“Seven Seas Splendor’s Casino was so classy! With an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere, it would be great to sip a cocktail and watch the action unfold on the poker and blackjack tables.”
“The Connoisseur Club was really impressive with its low-key elegance and signature works of art. I’d love to enjoy a cigar or two in there.”
“From the moment you step onboard, you’re greeted with pure luxury. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the ship itself is so beautiful, from the artwork to the chandeliers, every detail has been carefully thought of. I think my favourite part, though, was the Culinary Arts Kitchen; to be able to learn how to create different dishes to recreate for your friends and family at home would be a lovely experience.”
“I loved the pool area, I was so surprised by the sheer size of it. There was no need to reserve a sunbed as there was more than enough for everyone. There were giant love seats to sunbathe on as well and everything was covered in specially-made towelling.”
“I love a game of golf so the Golf Net was my favourite place on Seven Seas Splendor. The views from Deck 12 are phenomenal as well - I can think of nothing better than spending an afternoon playing golf surrounded by the spectacular sights.”
