Celebrity Cruises Camp at Sea programme provides unforgettable experiences for children of all ages, featuring entertaining games, outdoor activities, video game tournaments and slumber parties, ensuring that kids enjoy the time of their lives during their family cruise onboard. 

Cruisers aged 3 to 5 are welcome to enrol as Shipmates at the Celebrity Cruises Camp at Sea programme, where they’ll work on their art skills at the Creation Station, learn new camp songs and interact with other kids under the supervision of experienced youth staff. Adventure awaits onboard for those aged 6 to 9 known as Cadets, who can enrol in a one-of-a-kind nautical programme, where they’ll learn the basics of sailing including navigation, time, weather patterns and more. Cadets can also participate in activities spread throughout various venues, including Lawn Club games, campouts and movie nights. 

Children aged 10 to 12 are known as Captains and they enjoy more freedom while onboard. You can spot Captain cruisers on scavenger hunts, STEM and competing in various sports and gaming tournaments. Teens (aged 13 to 17) can hang out at the Teen Club, a space designed exclusively for young adults, where they can socialise with other cruisers in their same age group. Teen-focused activities and events at the Teen Club include sports competitions, silent disco parties and video game tournaments. 

Norwegian Cruise Line is a great option for families, thanks to plenty of parent and child activities, fantastic ships with water parks, climbing walls and more and its Splash Academy programme. The Splash Academy programme is all about choice and creativity for children aged 6 months to 17 years. 

Onboard, children aged 6 months to 4 years are known as Guppies. The Guppies programme is ideal for baby and parent bonding, offering a place where parents and children can play happily together. The much-loved Splash Academy (for young cruisers aged 3 to 12) offers activities ranging from crafts to sports, theme nights and more. Flexible programming allows children to explore and make interest-based choices throughout each sailing. 

Older children (ages 13 to 17) can be given the breathing space they desire with Entourage. Here, teens can get creative with music or graffiti, play video games and sports, watch and make movies, join the circus or simply just hang out. Best of all, the teen centre turns into a dance club at night. 

The Reef is P&O Cruises fun onboard activity programme for children aged 6 months to 12 years. 

Splashers is for children aged 2 to 4. In a bright and fun space, children will enjoy slides and toys as well as lots of books and activities such as crafts and dressing-up. Surfers is available for children 5 to 8 years old. Surfers will be able to play computer games, watch films, run around the soft play area or enjoy a puppet show for starters. Themed days are particularly popular onboard, with treasure hunts around the ship and other fun activities. 

For children 9 to 12, Scubas is available. In this relaxed and welcoming space, older children will be able to play table hockey, computer games and pool or simply chill out with new friends. Scene is the ultimate onboard hangout for teens aged 13 to 17. Located separately from the rest of the children’s club, Scene has a cool, chilled-out vibe and offers teens the opportunity to test their skills with the latest gaming technology and on-trend games and activities. 

Within The Reef, you’ll also find a Night Nursery which is available for those aged 6 months to 4 years. Open from 6 pm to 2 am each night, it is a quiet area created to enable infants to sleep while parents relax and take the opportunity to enjoy the onboard amenities.
