Today is a celebration of northern France’s natural beauty, with an excursion to a splendid château and gardens situated in an equally grand setting, plus a chance to immerse yourself in the very landscapes that inspired Impressionist master Claude Monet. Visit the hilltop Château de La Roche-Guyon, surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering sweeping views over the Seine. Later, you can visit the home and gardens of Claude Monet. Or take in the beautiful French countryside in a more invigorating way, with a guided bike ride from Vernon to Giverny. The S.S. Bon Voyage is designed to immerse guests in French culture, art and wine, from its stunning lobby clad in polished wood, subtle brass details and hand-crafted balustrade, to the stylish emerald tones found in bar Le Salon Champagne, inspired by Yves Saint Laurent’s personal abode, Villa Majorelle.
The dining venues also capture the essence of France. The quintessential La Brasserie, with its natural green and pops of yellow décor inspired by the famous Bouillon Pigalle, serves traditional bistro fare. Le Grand Fromage offers menus reflective of the local cuisine, prepared from locally-sourced ingredients. La Cave du Vin is an intimate space where connoisseurs can gather for expert food and wine pairing dinners upon request.
The stunning Soleil Deck, awash in vibrant fabrics, features the only infinity pool on the river and spectacular views of the French countryside. Poolside service at Le Café du Soleil offers casual French cuisine as well as open-air cooking demonstrations from our chefs. In addition to the public spaces, the S.S. Bon Voyage features four new spacious suites, and every stateroom has received an exquisite redesign with cool marble bathrooms and unique features.
Europe and Russia sailings: The European standard 220 volts with a 110v outlet in every stateroom and suite. ROL Cruise recommends taking an adapter plug with you.
Egypt and Peru sailings: Voltage is 220V/50HZ on board the ship and in hotels. You will need a three-pin adapter and possibly a voltage converter.
India sailings: Voltage is 220V/50HZ on board the ship and in hotels. On board the ship outlets that accommodate both 110V and 220V appliances are available in the suites. In the hotels you will need a three-pin adapter and possibly a voltage converter.

There are no accessible cabins on board, however all stateroom/suites have showers with handrails.

Wi-Fi is complimentary on most sailings to Europe but cannot be guaranteed. It is not available on select Europe sailings, Egypt, India, Russia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mekong or Peru sailings.
Due to limited space on board, guests are permitted to bring one suitcase and 1 carry on, excess luggage will be subject to an excess baggage charge. If you are flying, you will need to check with the airline as they will have their own luggage restrictions.
Gratuities are included for on board personnel. You may wish to tip ground staff, this is at your discretion.
