Yes, Wi-Fi packages are available to purchase once onboard. Prices start from £9.99.

Can I smoke onboard a Ambassador cruise ship?

Guests are requested to smoke only in the designated smoking areas on open decks.

Can I take alcohol onboard a Ambassador cruise ship?

Guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol aboard at embarkation. Any alcohol purchases made ashore during the cruise should be handed to security upon re-joining the ship.

How do I pay for onboard purchases with Ambassador Cruise Lines?

An account is opened for you at the start of your cruise for purchasing goods and services onboard. All purchases are charged to your shipboard account and a final invoice is presented at the end of your cruise, itemising all charges. This can be settled by MasterCard, Visa credit card or Visa debit card.

Is room service available with Ambassador Cruise Lines?

Yes. You will find a 24-hour room service menu in your cabin, offering a range of drinks and snacks, both hot and cold. Room service costs will be charged to your onboard account.

What is the dress code onboard Ambassador Cruise Line?

The dress code on an Ambassador Cruise Line cruise is casual during the day. For evenings onboard, the Daily Programme will suggest, as a guide, a mode of dress for that particular evening’s events.

Are drinks packages available with Ambassador Cruise Lines?

Yes, Ambassador Cruise Line offers a selection of drinks packages: Ambassador Experience Package (Non-Alcoholic), Ambassador Explorer Package (Standard) and the Ambassador Expedition Package (Premium). The prices vary depending on departure date and number of nights. All drinks packages include gratuities.

Do I need to pay for gratuities with Ambassador Cruise Lines?

Gratuities will automatically be charged to your onboard account at £7 per person per night or £6 per person per night for cruises of 16 nights or more. If you purchase a drinks package, gratuities will be included in the price.
