Many of our cruise partners have introduced temporary Flexible Cancellation Policies. These policies are designed to give passengers more confidence when booking a future cruise while also protecting guests who have already booked a cruise. ROL Cruise will continue to update this page as and when policies change.
Cunard
For any bookings made after 3 August 2022, if you wish or need to reschedule your holiday you can:
- Transfer your booking once, free of charge, up to the date that the balance for your holiday is due (90 days prior to departure).
- Transfer your booking to a Cunard voyage of equal or higher value.
- Transfer your booking to a Cunard voyage sailing within 12 months (6 months in the case of transfer from a World Voyage or World Voyage Sector), of the original departure date.

P&O Cruises:
For any bookings made after 3 August 2022, if you wish or need to reschedule your holiday you can:
- Transfer your booking once
- Transfer your booking to a P&O Cruises holiday of equal or higher value
- Transfer your booking up to the date that the balance for your holiday is due (90 days prior to departure of your existing booking)
- Transfer your booking to a P&O Cruises holiday sailing within 6 months of the original sailing date for full World Cruises, Classic Southern Hemisphere Journeys, Grand Tours or Exotic fly-cruises or 12 months of the original departure date for all other cruises.
Scenic Group
To ensure guests' future travel plans are protected, Scenic Group has put in place a Flexible Booking Policy. For your 2023 or 2024 departure, guests can defer their travel plans by transferring to alternative departure dates or itinerary up to 60 days prior to departure. Please note third party cancellation fees may apply. Scenic cancellation fees will be waived and you will receive a refund of monies paid in form of a Future Cruise Credit to use on a future Scenic cruise.
Please note: All Flexible Cancellation Policies exclude all exclusive Reader Offers Limited Package Holidays. Standard cancellation rules apply for 2023 departures.
