These policies are designed to give passengers more confidence when booking a future cruise while also protecting guests who have already booked a cruise. Scenic Group
To ensure guests' future travel plans are protected, Scenic Group has put in place a Flexible Booking Policy. For your 2023 or 2024 departure, guests can defer their travel plans by transferring to alternative departure dates or itinerary up to 60 days prior to departure. Please note third party cancellation fees may apply. Scenic cancellation fees will be waived and you will receive a refund of monies paid in form of a Future Cruise Credit to use on a future Scenic cruise.
