Important Customer Update for guests due to depart on The 42 night Cuba & Treasures of the Caribbean Sailing on Ambience (A12301)
Ambassador Cruise Line have shared with us, “Bremerhaven port is suffering from lack of tugboats, and today due to the strong winds all the departing vessels must have tug assistance”. This unfortunately means Ambience was not able to depart at 0800hrs as planned and will not depart until 1800hrs (German time) today from Bremerhaven. She is now planned to arrive in London Tilbury at 1800hrs (UK time) tomorrow, Thursday 5th January, with embarkation delayed.
On arrival in London Tilbury, your embarkation will be unfortunately delayed by EIGHT hours, with your new embarkation time EIGHT hours after the time shown on your original boarding pass. You will not need a new boarding pass to check in; however, you will need to keep in mind that your new boarding time will be EIGHT hours after the time shown.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Ambassador Cruise Line kindly ask all guests to not arrive earlier than their new embarkation time as the London Cruise Terminal Tilbury does not have waiting areas and guests will not be able to wait inside the terminal until their allotted embarkation time.
Victoria Coach: For guests who are booked to travel from London Victoria coach station on one of the Ambassador coaches, please note your original departure time from London Victoria is still correct and you should arrive at London Victoria at your original time as planned. A separate email from Ambassador Cruise Line will be sent to you later today, confirming further details of the plans for tomorrow afternoon.
Due to the adjusted timings for embarkation, Ambience will now be departing London Tilbury in the morning of Friday 6 January.
