What if my holiday changes whilst I’m away?
Alongside each cruise line, we are monitoring the Coronavirus situation closely and your safety is of utmost priority. In some circumstances, your cruise line may make the decision to change or cancel your cruise mid voyage. If this happens, the staff on board will keep you informed with the necessary information regarding your journey home. You will disembark at the next port of call and onward arrangements will be made for you.
How will I know if my itinerary changes?
Any changes to your cruise itinerary will be posted to you immediately. We are working in departure date order, with imminent departures first. If your cruise isn’t departing for a few months, please be assured we will update you via post as soon as information is available.
What are cruise lines doing to ensure the safety of their passengers?
As always, the safety and welfare of guests remains the primary concern for cruise lines. They will not be taking guests to destination that travel has been advised against by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Cruise lines are building on their well-established practices on board ships to help prevent the spread of illnesses. Additional steps will include denying boarding to those demonstrating symptoms of illness or those with raised temperatures and providing additional screening services. Individual cruise line policies vary and will alter depending on the current global situation.
