Yes. You will find a 24-hour room service menu in your cabin, offering a range of drinks and snacks, both hot and cold. Room service costs will be charged to your onboard account.
An account is opened for you at the start of your cruise for purchasing goods and services onboard. All purchases are charged to your shipboard account and a final invoice is presented at the end of your cruise, itemising all charges. This can be settled by MasterCard, Visa credit card or Visa debit card.
Gratuities will automatically be charged to your onboard account at £6 per person per night or £5 per person per night for cruises of 16 nights or more. If you purchase a drinks package, gratuities will be included in the price.
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol aboard at embarkation. Any alcohol purchases made ashore during the cruise should be handed to security upon re-joining the ship.
Guests are requested to smoke only in the designated smoking areas on open decks.

Yes, Ambassador Cruise Line offers a selection of drinks packages: Ambassador Experience Package (Non-Alcoholic), Ambassador Explorer Package (Standard) and the Ambassador Expedition Package (Premium). The prices vary depending on departure date and number of nights. All drinks packages include gratuities.
Offer extended due to popularity: Onboard Credit Offer is valid on new bookings made between 1st August until 8pm 20th November 2024 on any sailing departing between 6th April 2025 until 10th April 2026. Applicable on all twin cabin grades on both Ambience and Ambition, structured as sailings of 7-13 nights, Inside £50 per cabin, Ocean View £100 per cabin, Balcony £150 per cabin, Suite £200 per cabin. Sailings of 14-18 nights, Inside £100 per cabin, Ocean View £200 per cabin, Balcony £300 per cabin, Suite £400 per cabin. Sailings of 19-30 nights, Inside £150 per cabin, Ocean View £300 per cabin, Balcony £400 per cabin, Suite £600 per cabin. Sailings of 31 nights +, Inside £200 per cabin, Ocean View £400 per cabin, Balcony £500 per cabin, Suite £800 per cabin. Single cabins get 50% of the per cabin value based on cabin booked and duration. Please note onboard credit is not applicable to sailings 6 nights or under, any festive/in port events or any booking made outside of the above dates and is only applicable per cabin for the lead booked guest and secondary guest (if applicable) in each cabin over the age of 18 and is not applicable to any 3rd /4th berth guest, or any child under 18 travelling.
