Access to the Experts - On this sailing you will be accompanied by highly qualified naturalist guides, who will share with you their deep knowledge of the Galápagos archipelago. Together, you will explore each island, trekking over black lava rocks where marine iguanas sun themselves, to see Galápagos tortoises, sea turtles and the iconic blue-footed boobies.

Sally Lightfoot Crab - The brightly coloured Sally Lightfoot crab is a common sight along the shores and beaches of most of the Galápagos Islands. They are rumoured to have been named after a Caribbean dancer, due to their extreme agility, jumping from rock to rock. They're striking colours make for a stunning appearance too.

Marine Iguana - Found only in the Galápagos Islands, the iconic Marine Iguanas are distinguishable by the white “wigs” of salt expelled from glands near their noses. They look fierce, but are actually gentle herbivores, surviving exclusively on underwater algae and seaweed. Their short snouts and razor sharp teeth help them scrape algae off rocks.

Galápagos Sea Lion - The cute Galápagos Sea Lion is the most abundant marine mammal in the archipelago and is often seen sleeping on the beaches or swimming close to shore. Their streamlined bodies make them very efficient swimmers and hunters, especially of sardines. If you're lucky, you may get the chance to witness young pups chasing each other along the sand.
