With almost 25 miles/40 kilometres of pristine beaches, fun in the sun is certainly always an option, but Ilhabela is also a vibrant little city, full of vivacity and history, just waiting to be discovered. Located on the west coast of the island, Ilhabela town still shows signs of its colonial past, examples of which can be see through the local architecture. Perhaps one of the most photogenic chapels you will see on the island is the Nossa Senhora D’Ajuda. Built in 1806, the Catholic church is a pretty little white-washed building set on a hill, positioned as if protecting over the town. Decked with colourful bunting much of the time, the church is filled to the rafters on holy days with locals expressing their faith. The interior of the church has signs of faded grand charm, much like the city itself. Several miles before the entrance to town, on the way to the ferry, is the Princess’ House, an impressive 18th-century mansion belonging to the Fazenda Engenho d’Agua, one of the most important of Ilhabela’s many former sugar plantations.
Paranaguá is a city in the state of Paraná in Brazil. Founded in 1648, it is Paraná's oldest city. It is known for the Port of Paranaguá, which serves as both the sea link for Curitiba, 110 kilometres to the west and the capital of Paraná, and as one of the largest ports of Brazil.

Enjoy a full day tour of the Argentinian falls. Visiting the lower circuit, feel part of nature as you are refreshed with waterfall drizzle! Visiting the upper circuit, pause at different viewpoints before reaching the balcony at the Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s throat), the most amazing of all the falls (B).
Take the elevator down to the base of the falls and admire them from right above the river level. Next, marvel at the falls from a 1,000-metre-long footbridge or take the elevator up to the Salto Floreano viewpoint.

THE INCREDIBLE IGUAZÚ FALLS
The name Iguazú means Great Waters in Guarani. At 80m high and 3km wide, the Iguazú Falls span the border between Argentina and Brazil and is made up of many cascades that generate vast sprays of water producing one of the most spectacular waterfalls known to mankind. This natural wonder is taller and twice as wide than Niagara Falls and combines 275 falls in a massive, magnificent cascade stretching for nearly 1.7 miles. Situated on the border between Argentina and Brazil, its waters pass over lush, sub-tropical greenery.
