View Cruise DealDesigned not just for travel but for exploration, Celebrity Flora was the first ship in the Celebrity Cruises fleet to be purpose-built for a specific destination. The intimate ship carries just 100 passengers and was designed to direct every space on the ship outwards. This means you’ll enjoy the unique experience of feeling completely connected to the ocean and islands you are travelling.
The all-suite Celebrity Flora offers guests premium services and amenities including a welcome bottle of Champagne, room service (available 24/7), a complimentary mini-bar with beer, soda and water, unlimited access to Wi-Fi, a pillow menu and 100% pure cotton linens. As well as a personal suite attendant, 100% cotton bath towels and bathrobes, bedroom slippers, luxury bath amenities, laundry service, fresh fruit and an in-suite filtered water station.
Positioned on Deck 4, Seaside Restaurant is the main dining option on Celebrity Flora. Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, both sides of the restaurant have floor-to-ceiling windows meaning stunning vistas are visible from wherever you’re seated. Every meal is open seating; breakfast and lunch are buffet-style while dinner is a mix of Ecuadorian and Galápagos-inspired dishes waiter-served.
Ocean Grill, located on Deck 7, is a casual outdoor option offering simple items for lunch and dinner. Twice per sailing, Ocean Grill becomes the main dining option with a seafood buffet, Dinner Under the Stars.
Typically, days are spent at shore. Though activities are dictated by which of the islands you’re visiting. Shore excursions, all of which are included, are picked the night before. Tours are limited to 12 people and each has a dedicated naturalist guide to lead it.
Of course, a large part of visiting the Galápagos Islands is immersing yourself in the local environment. The islands are one of the world’s greatest places for viewing wildlife and depending on the season, you’ll spot hundreds of sea lions, albatross, blue-footed booby’s, birds and a wide variety of sea life.
Life on board Celebrity Flora is truly enriching and there are plenty of opportunities to learn more about the destinations you visit. Formal presentations take place in the Discovery Lounge on Deck 4, demonstrations are available in the Lab on Deck 3 and guides are always available to speak to in Darwin’s Cove also on Deck 3.
To allow guests to connect with the destination more than ever, Celebrity Cruises has introduced the first-ever glamping experience at sea. The extraordinary evening allows guests to camp on the top deck where they can stargaze on a cabana, sleep under the stars on a double bed and enjoy a delicious meal alfresco. To allow guests to fully immerse themselves in this experience, a naturalist will attend, highlighting the stars and visible constellations. This once-in-a-lifetime experience will come to an end in the morning with a bedside breakfast during the beautiful sunrise over the Galápagos.
