Europe: Complimentary house wine, local beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee will be served throughout the cruise.

Egypt sailings: Complimentary house wine, local beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee are served during lunch and dinner on board.

India sailings: Complimentary house wine, local beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee will be served throughout the cruise.

From 13th October 2021, guests will be able to go ashore independently but must adhere to the specific COVID-19 protocols in each destination. However, as restrictions in each destination are changeable, and some destinations may only allow cruise line organised experiences ashore, we highly recommend you purchase Cunard shore experiences prior to travel to ensure you always have the option to explore each destination.

Wi-Fi is complimentary on most sailings to Europe but cannot be guaranteed. It is not available on select Europe sailings, Egypt, India, Russia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mekong or Peru sailings.

Guests are requested to smoke only in the designated smoking areas on open decks.

Guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol aboard at embarkation. Any alcohol purchases made ashore during the cruise should be handed to security upon re-joining the ship.

Yes. You will find a 24-hour room service menu in your cabin, offering a range of drinks and snacks, both hot and cold. Room service costs will be charged to your onboard account.

All prices onboard Ambassador Cruise Line’s ships are quoted in pound sterling.

The dress code on an Ambassador Cruise Line cruise is casual during the day. For evenings onboard, the Daily Programme will suggest, as a guide, a mode of dress for that particular evening’s events.

Yes, guests can take alcohol on their Azamara cruise. Spirits, wine and beer can be consumed in-cabin for free. However, guests will be subject to a corkage fee if consumed in a public area.

Basic Wi-Fi and Premium Wi-Fi services are available onboard at an additional charge. Suite guests and All-Inclusive package offerings include this charge. The Basic Wi-Fi Package allows you to browse the web, send emails and text family and friends via select messaging apps. The Premium Wi-Fi Package puts internet streaming at your fingertips throughout your cruise. You can message or video chat with your friends and family, browse the web, send emails even with larger files attached, post on social media as well as enjoy videos, movies, shows and music on your favourite streaming apps.

With the exception of two bottles of wine at embarkation, guests cannot take alcohol on their Celebrity Cruises cruise. Should guests consume their two bottles of wine in a public area, they will be subject to a corkage fee.

The Inclusive Fare includes; port charges, gratuities, £65 excursion discount to be used on any single pre-booked excursion of your choosing, selected drinks included with meals, complimentary dining and onboard entertainment. The Enhance Far includes; port charges, gratuities, £130 excursion discount to be used on any single pre-booked excursion of your choosing, premium drinks package, speciality dining discount, onboard entertainment and Wi-Fi access.

For your safety and comfort onboard, Celestyal Cruises suggests sports or flat shoes with low heels. On cruises of 7-nights or more, Celestyal Cruises host Gala Nights and the Captain’s Cocktail in honour of guests. On these nights, formal attire is requested.

All public spaces (with the exception of designated smoking areas) including restaurants and outdoor dining alternatives are designated as non-smoking within the ship. Smoking is not permitted in staterooms, on balconies or in public areas (with the exception of Churchill’s Cigar Lounge, which is reserved for cigar and pipe smokers only).

During the day, you’ll probably find ourself most comfortable in stylish casual wear such as shorts and smart jeans. Swimming costumes, micro shorts, sarongs and gymwear should be reserved for the poolside, on deck or in the spa and fitness centre.

In the evening, the dress code is Gala Evenings or Smart Attire. For gentlemen, Gala Evenings should be a dinner jacket, tuxedo or dark suit with a regular bow tie while for ladies, cocktail dresses, smart trouser suits or formal separates are acceptable. Smart trousers with a shirt and jacket with an optional tie for men is required for Smart Attire and blouses and skirts or stylish trousers and dresses for women.

All staterooms are equipped with a safe into which you can programme your own personal code.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available onboard all Emerald Cruises Star-Ships in the public spaces, cabins and suites.

Smoking is not permitted in cabins or any indoor parts onboard. There are areas on the Star-Ships’ external decks where smoking is permitted.

Emerald Cruises welcomes guests purchasing alcohol for consumption in their rooms. However, they do ask that personal drinks are not consumed in the communal areas of the cruises.

Norwegian Kroner is the onboard currency.

During the day you can wear whatever you like. There are two dress codes: Evening Casual and Black Tie. Evening Casual is stylish resort or leisurewear. For example, casual separates or dresses for ladies and open-neck polo shirts and casual long trousers (not shorts or ¾ length trousers) for men. A jacket and smart trousers can be worn but are not compulsory. T-shirts are also acceptable but should not have any offensive symbols or language on them. Smart dark denim is also fine but not trainers, football shirts or tracksuits. Black Tie is glamorous evening wear such as cocktail dresses, ball gowns or even smart trouser suits for ladies and dinner jackets or tuxedos for men (dark lounge or business suits can be worn as an alternative).

You should dress for a cruise with Princess Cruises the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort. Yes. During the day, casual wear is appropriate for daytime both onboard and ashore. Casual wear consists of jeans, shorts, t-shirts and tennis shoes. After 6 pm, Elegant Casual is required. For ladies, this includes a skirt or slacks with a blouse or jumper, a pantsuit or dress; trousers and a collared shirt for gentlemen. Casual wear is not to be worn at dinner, except dining at the Pool Grill and on the final evening of the cruise.
