Perhaps you would prefer to visit the distinguished Pacific Grill? Specialising in the cuisine of Holland America Line’s home city, Seattle in America’s Pacific Northwest. Here, you can find luxurious seafood and delectable steaks and salads, all freshly prepared and full of mouth-watering flavour for a really indulgent meal.
Those who would prefer to lounge by the pool and enjoy a leisurely lunch should meander down to Dive-In on Deck 9 - Lido, serving such poolside gourmet treats as burgers, hot dogs and portabella mushroom stacks. Or, if it’s something lighter you fancy, the Vista Lounge serves an elegant afternoon tea of pastries and snacks. A more artisan, boutique-feeling restaurant can be found in Canaletto on Deck 9 - Lido, a tiny Italian eatery serving antipasti, pasta, tiramisu and gelato for a rich continental dinner to rival the best in Rome.

Noordam hosts a whole series of all-singing all-dancing production shows in its lively Vista Lounge on Deck 1 - Main, Deck 2 - Lower Promenade and Deck 3 - Promenade.
