Life Onboard Arcadia

Accommodations

You can choose from a range of spacious accommodations onboard Arcadia.

Inside cabins are the perfect choice if you plan to spend most of your time enjoying Arcadia or exploring destinations. Inside cabins come with a daily steward service and handy amenities like air conditioning, a phone, a hair dryer, a safe and a desk with a chair. You’ll also have tea and coffee-making facilities, toiletries from The White Company and a television with free comedy, movies, news and documentaries. If you love natural light and a sea view, Sea View cabins are a great choice. They feature all the same amenities as an Inside cabin but with the added bonus of a window or a porthole. This means you can enjoy natural light and take in a new view every morning.

Opt for a Deluxe Balcony cabin, and you’ll enjoy a private space to relax and feel connected to the sea. There is a cosy sitting area with a small sofa, a chair and a table. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to a balcony, where you’ll find a table and two chairs.

Arcadia’s Mini-Suites come with a comfortable lounge area, a bathroom, and a large balcony where you can enjoy sea views. What’s more, you can enjoy special perks like a whirlpool bath, premium toiletries and champagne on arrival.

If you’d like even more space and extra luxury, opt for one of Arcadia’s Suites. From champagne and chocolates on arrival to complimentary bathrobes and slippers, you’ll enjoy plenty of exclusive perks. You’ll get VIP treatment from the start, with priority check-in and boarding (when sailing from Southampton), plus a welcome reception with drinks and snacks. Your Suite also includes the option of a butler to make your trip effortless, handling tasks like unpacking, booking shore excursions, making dinner reservations and more.

Activities

Arcadia offers a great range of daytime activities to keep you entertained.

You can explore the Photo Gallery on Deck 3, where you’ll find pictures taken throughout the cruise, or visit the Art Gallery on Deck 2 to admire beautiful works of art, some of which are available for purchase.

If you love shopping, Arcadia has several stores where you can browse for clothing, jewellery, souvenirs and more. For a quiet escape, head to the Library on Deck 3, where you can relax with a good book, borrow a novel or read a magazine.

Entertainment

One for the movie lovers, The Screening Room is a cosy 30-seat cinema located on Deck 3. Films are shown daily, offering a great way to relax and enjoy a movie during your cruise. To reserve a seat, simply book your tickets in advance with the librarian.

The Monte Carlo Casino on Deck 2 will leave you feeling like James Bond. When evening comes, the casino comes alive with energy. It’s a great spot to enjoy a drink before a show or relax with a cocktail after dinner. Try your hands at the slot machines, bet on your lucky number or play a round of cards - you might even hit the jackpot!

If you’re new to gambling, head to the casino during the team for interactive gaming workshops. For some fun, try your luck at bingo, join the virtual horse races or compete against other guests in a table game tournament.

The Palladium on Decks 1, 2 and 3 is a large three-level theatre with amazing ocean views and an even better atmosphere. The comfortable, plush seats make it easy to sit back and enjoy a plethora of live shows like Magic Moments, which tells the story of the life and music of Burt Bacharach, and Astonishing, a spectacular magic and illusion show created by Stephen Mulhern and Johnathan Wilkes that will leave you thinking, “How did they do that?”

Food & Drink

On Arcadia, there’s a restaurant for every foodie.

Arcadia has three complimentary dining options: The Belvedere, Neptune Grill and Meridian Restaurant. The Belvedere on Deck 9 is an informal dining venue serving delicious dishes from around the world. With large windows offering fantastic views, this bright and airy space is the go-to spot for casual buffet dining at any time of day. Neptune Grill, also on Deck 9, is a fantastic spot to stop by and grab a delicious bite to eat. This poolside venue offers a variety of tasty treats, including burgers, hot dogs and fish and chips. Complete with a striking central staircase and stunning glass design features, the stylish Meridian Restaurant on Decks 2 and 3 is Arcadia’s main dining option. This popular venue offers two sittings and boasts a sociable atmosphere. You can expect to see well-loved British staples on the menu.

There are two speciality dining options on Arcadia: Sindhu and Ocean Grill. Situated on Deck 2, Ocean Grill offers an unforgettable dining experience. Only available on Arcadia, Ocean Grill by Marco Pierre White offers a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience to savour succulent steaks, seafood and a wide variety of tempting sides and desserts. Sindhu on Deck 11 boasts a spectacular menu featuring authentic Indian cuisine with a British twist. The rich aromas, opulent decor and perfectly blended spices ensure that this culinary experience ignites all of your senses.

For those who like to enjoy slow, leisurely mornings, room service is available.

Colourful cocktails, craft beers and fine spirits await on Arcadia. Located on Deck 11, East Bar offers a relaxed colonial-style atmosphere. It’s an ideal place for pre-or post-dinner drinks, with a selection of cocktails, champagne and more, all while enjoying the cosy lighting and beautiful views. Crow’s Nest is a peaceful spot on Deck 10, offering amazing ocean views. During the day, it’s a quiet place to relax with a cocktail and a good book. In the evening, it becomes a stylish lounge with live piano music and smooth vocals, creating the perfect atmosphere for a night out.

Relax with friends at The Piano Bar, a cosy spot with a warm atmosphere. Enjoy classic or creative cocktails, champagne or after-dinner drinks while listening to talented pianists play. The Deck 3 bar has a great selection of drinks and is the perfect place for chatting or enjoying a quiet drink to end the night.

Step into The Rising Sun on Deck 2, a cosy country pub. With comfortable booths, a jukebox and lots of fun activities like darts, karaoke, live music and sports on TV, it’s the perfect place for a relaxed drink and a familiar, homey feel. Step into the lively atmosphere of The Globe on Deck 2, a stylish circular bar with black and gold décor. With a warm vibe and a great drinks menu, you can enjoy live music and fun game shows or try your hand at dancing.

Relaxation & Fitness

Arcadia takes relaxation to a whole new level with a fabulous array of spa and wellness facilities.

The Oasis Spa on Deck 9 is a peaceful place where you can relax and pamper yourself. Enjoy some “me-time” with soothing spa treatments, refreshing facials, massages, nail care and hair styling. For deeper relaxation, the Thermal Suite on Deck 9 provides heated loungers, steam rooms and other calming environments.

If you like to stay active, the Oasis Gym on Deck 9 is fully equipped with high-tech machines and fitness classes. The jogging track on Deck 3 is perfect for morning runs (three laps equals one mile), and the Sports Court on Deck 11 lets you join in on games and activities, making it easy to stay active while you enjoy your cruise. If you fancy doing a few laps or bubbling away in a jacuzzi, Arcadia has two pools: the Aquarius Pool and Neptune Pool, both on Deck 9 and five hot tubs.

Adults-Only Cruises

Arcadia is one of two ships in the P&O Cruises fleet that has been designed exclusively for adults. Those aged 18 and over can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing onboard atmosphere alongside sophisticated entertainment, quiet spaces for relaxation and elegant dining options.

Arcadia Destinations

P&O Cruises travels to over 200 destinations across six continents. Arcadia sails her guests to some of the world’s most impressive destinations, like Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand and Asia and the Far East.
