There’s a restaurant to suit every taste on Silver Dawn. S.A.L.T. Kitchen on Deck 4 is a destination-focused restaurant where guests can enjoy the local cuisine, culture and rich culinary heritage of the places they sail to. Taste your way through regional specialities. Kaiseki, which is also on Deck 4, features a varied and balanced menu of sushi and sashimi during the day and at night, fine Japanese dining awaits.
On Deck 7, you’ll find La Terrazza and Silver Note. La Terrazza is an iconic hallmark of Silversea dining. With authentic recipes and the freshest ingredients from Silversea’s distinctive Italian heritage, this is where antipasti, primi and secondi come together with passion and flair in a flavourful expression. Silver Note serves small plate tapas-style dishes of mouth-watering international cuisine. Alongside the sumptuous, intimate setting, you can expect rich, exciting entertainment as the smooth sounds of jazz and blues gently caress your ears.
The Grill on Deck 10 boasts some of the finest lava stone cooking at sea. Sourced from volcanic rock and placed in an oven to reach an optimum temperature of 400°C, The Grill invites you to cook your food directly on your table.

Start your day at the Observation Library on Deck 11. Set on the highest level at the very top of Silver Dawn, this is a quiet space for reading and reflection while being dazzled by the undulating seascapes that are constituent to life on board. Borrow a book from the in-house library, read the papers or just embrace the tranquillity of being at sea.
