Guests can choose from five stateroom categories on S.S. São Gabriel; Classic Staterooms, Deluxe Staterooms, French Balcony Staterooms, Suites and Grand Suites. Classic Staterooms and Deluxe Staterooms featured handcrafted Savoir® Beds of England, a closet, a hair dryer, a safe, an individual climate-control thermostat, a telephone and a flat-screen television with an infotainment centre. The marble bathrooms boast Asprey bath and body products, plush towels, cosy bathrobes and slippers. French Balcony Staterooms have all the same amenities as Classic Staterooms and Deluxe Staterooms but benefit from the addition of a French balcony. Suites and Grand Suite guests have access to additional amenities and services, including; in-suite butler service, packing and unpacking assistance, floor heaters, in-room breakfast, daily fruit and cookie plates and an elegant evening snack, a Nespresso coffee machine and fine teas, a fully stocked mini-bar, a bottle of wine upon arrival, shoe shine and free laundry service.

Furnished with a plethora of different dining venues, S.S. São Gabriel offers a truly versatile variety of cuisines to suit any taste. Feitoria Restaurant on Cape Verde Deck serves gourmet dinners paired with distinctive wines and craft beers. Chefs create signature dishes that are designed to soothe the soul and warm the heart, along with their Travelling Lite menu with health-conscious options.

Entertainment aboard S.S. São Gabriel is relaxed and unobtrusive, so as not to disturb the indulgent atmosphere. Experts on the culture, arts and traditions of local regions have been known to deliver engaging lectures for passengers and entertainers who come onboard throughout the voyage to wow audiences by showcasing the crème de le crème of local music, song and dance. The resident onboard pianist and singer give elegant performances each day.
As if the palatial splendour on S.S. São Gabriel was not enough, head down to the Serenity River Spa on Madeira Deck to soothe yourself into a state of complete blissful relaxation with a variety of treatments offered, from Thai massage to facials.
