What is Future Cruise Credit (FCC)?

Much like a voucher, Future Cruise Credit has a monetary amount associated with it and is provided in lieu of a refund. Future Crusie Credit can be used towards the fare of a future cruise, though it varies for each cruise line.

If your cruise has been cancelled, your cruise line may be offering you the value of your cruise towards a future departure. Simply call us on 0800 121 6191 to speak to a member of our team.

What can I use my Future Cruise Credit (FCC) towards?

Your Future Cruise Credit can be used towards a new cruise booking. Many cruise lines are offering enhanced Future Cruise Credits*, why not utilise it to upgrade your cabin, book a shore excursion, transfer it to family or friends or even put it towards another booking?

What if the value of my Future Cruise Credit (FCC) is more than the new cruise I’m booking?

You may be able to transfer your unspent credit to another cruise, however, this depends on the cruise line.

Please note: If you have booked an exclusive ROL Cruise package, the terms differ. The offer applies only to the cruise element of bookings where ROL Cruise is the tour operator.

Will I get a refund on any extras I’ve booked?

Refunds on extras are dependent on the cruise line you have booked with. If you have booked shore excursions directly with the cruise line, they may refund you. Some cruise lines refund port taxes too. To find out more, please give us a call.
