Our ABTA membership protects all package and tailormade holidays booked through ROL Cruise and our ATOL license protects all package and tailormade holidays where flights are involved. This ensures that you will not lose money or be without a flight home should the tour operator go out of business.

What should I expect to receive from ROL Cruise when I have returned home from my cruise?

We are dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful holiday which is why we welcome feedback upon your return. Within 14 days of your return, we’ll send you a welcome home email or a letter with a questionnaire inviting you to share your experience. We’re constantly reviewing our customer service levels and your input is very valuable to us.

You can also complete the survey online. Simply log into My ROL and select the cruise you wish to complete your welcome home questionnaire for.
